Sir Howard Walters is the father of Benedict Walters who is considered the best of the best in obstetrics and gynaecology and everyone reminds Benedict how big the shoes he’s stepping into are.  

Sir Howard is the author of the book obstetrics and gynaecology in the modern age, which was considered seminal work in the field of midwifery and not a midwife in the country didn’t know who he was. He was even knighted for his services for his field of medicine, but this put added pressure on his son Benedict who isn’t allowed to forget his father and felt pressured to go into medicine when really, he didn’t feel called to it at all. But Benedict decided it was preordained he follow in his fathers rather large footsteps.
